The People of destiny is a dynamic group of young adults. Our Mandate is to fulfill the Great Commission, “Go ye therefore and teach all nations.” Through every means available. Cultivate God given gifts to impact the world for Christ, through the ARTS, BUSINESS, MEDIA, MINISTRY, and VOCATION. A purpose driven movement of young people after God’s heart; whose identity is in Christ Jesus. A fearless and confident generation that will know their future is not a place they go to; but a condition they will need to change. This will be done when we:
- Create a platform for young people to express their giftings/ talents.
- Encourage the young people to be more involved in the ministry.
- To empower the young people to excel in life, ministry, education, business, career, arts and media.
- To enable the young people to understand their true identity in Christ
- To assist the young people to discover their talents and giftings
- To groom young people to influence society, government and economies
We are passionate about raising leaders and transforming societies and believe that one of the primary ways to achieve this, is through impacting our young people. We believe in God’s purpose for young people and closely engage with them, offering 360 degree discipleship, so that they discover and walk in their God given destiny, making them understand that their gifts will make room for them. Teach them strategic life plans and work on their visions for their future.
Furthermore, our interest lies in influencing these young adults; through leadership development, using different and diverse tools. P.O.D also prepares them for life as adults, to carry the message of reformation to the market place and equips them with tools to enable them to become inter group captains of industry and community champions. We endeavour to create strong platforms/ ministries that will become gateways to the nations and in all this, we do remind them though, life is fun if lived responsibly and rooted in Christ.
