Seeking to reach out to those who attend our services for the first time, reaching out with the love of God, as well as giving support to those who are beginning their walk with God. It is a ministry that attends to new visitors to initiate connection, as well as reaching out to those who have stopped attending or have backslidden.

This ministry seeks to reach out to the lost, seeking to invite them and walk with them in their discipleship journey. It is a ministry that seeks to see people being connected to God and the Church through the process of an on-going personal investment and communication with those who have visited the Church. The heart of this ministry is to help encourage, revive and lift fellow Christians and supporting new Christians in their wonderful journey with Jesus.

This ministry will also help in integrating new members into the CTRM family as well as helping old members back into the flock, thereby steering outsiders into insiders.
